These clients experienced issues with the house they purchased related to problems missed by the property inspector they hired. As far as negotiating on their behalf they seem to dismiss the fact that it is a negotiation and you don't always get everything you want. They had the option to terminate their deal or move forward that is standard in the agreement of sale - they chose to proceed. I didn't make that or any decision for them. It is unfortunate that they had issues and I wish things had turned out differently.
